Upon signing the Agreement (contract), a $500 deposit will be due. The deposit goes toward the design fees accumulated during the Design Process (preparation for the Presentation), as well as compensates for some of the time spent on the project leading up until this point in the Design Process. No subsequent time will be dedicated to the project until the deposit is received.
Moving forward, the client will be billed for design fees and materials and they accrue.
